I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food put out from here as years ago the place used to be quite dodgy - looks like new owners or divine intervention, not sure. All the various seafoods we had were all fresh & tasty, cooked to order, precisely as you ordered it (grilled, crumbed, etc). The serving sizes are huge, adults could easily share a meal & they provide a sideboard that has extra plates, cutlery, etc if you wanted to do this. While their drinks fridge is extensive they really need to get their liquor licence sorted to enhance the adult experience, especially during school holidays however, you are more than welcome to byo but there is nowhere to buy a bottle at Portside.
